Complete scam. Technician (Dan) charges $ 101 to diagnose. Calls with price of parts same day of service. Quotes two expensive parts needed and tells you to replace range instead of repair. He also promotes local appliance retailer and that I should mention his name for a good deal. After researching his diagnoses (Youtube} I called another technician and had range repaired for under $300.

I was overall not pleased. I wouldn't use them again. I ended up buying a new one. They could have been clearer upfront as to if they did what they would do and then how much will be applied to which and it wouldn't be $500 for a dial.

After numerous calls to local appliance repairs, including the Haier company service number, I was having a difficult time getting someone to come look at my kegerator.  A few said they don't work on them.  Others said it is probably the compressor...buy a new one.  I finally called All Appliances.  After we talked on the phone he agreed to come to the house to take a look.  He checked the compressor and told me it was good.  He said it must be the relay.  He was going to check Haier for parts and would call me back at 4 that afternoon.  He called and said Haier didn't sell the relay without the compressor.  He said he would like to try something and would like to come back in a couple of days.  When he returned he had a generic relay.  After hooking it up temporarily, we plugged it in.  Sure enough it started right up.  I was very pleased with his professional ability and his diagnostic ability.  I haven't used repair men very often, and I thought $95 just to come to the house was steep, but ai may be wrong.

He said he would order the part.  In face he was on his cell phone to order it.  He said it would be in in a few days.  The $101 was just for him to come to the house to spend five minutes looking at the appliance.
When I asked how much the part would be, he said $180, and the repair would be $80 or so per hour to get it fixed.  When I asked him how long he thought it would take, he said he didn't know.  He might have to take the whole thing apart to fix it and then put it back together.
The dishwasher is only 13 months old, one month past the warranty.  I knew I had to get it fixed, that I couldn't afford another new one.
When I didn't hear from him after a month, I called him back.  He said that he couldn't look it up since he was on his way to a two-week vacation.
I waited another month or more, called him repeatedly.  He didn't answer the phone.  I left messages.  Finally he got back to me sometime in late August/September.  He then looked for my order slip but had a hard time locating it.  Finally he said he DID order the part but he doesn't know what happened to it.  He said he would do a little research and get back to me the next day.
When I didn't hear from him the next day, I had had it with him.  I found the part on-line for $74 dollars (not $180) and my husband was able to replace the touchpad electronics in about 20 minutes.

We had a water leak in the back of our refrigerator. I found the part at fault and got an estimate on the part cost ($55) and called All Apppliance for an estimate to replace the defective part. He said he could get the part for much cheaper than us and gave an estimate for the part and repair cost of $125 to $250. He arrived on time and completed the part replacement in approx. 15 or 20 minutes. He was here longer talking but the part replacement was quickly completed. His bill was for $233 including charging us $82.50 for the "cheaper" part.  While we were satisfied with the job, his labor was over priced and he charged us much more than reasonable for the replacement part.

.Dryer heater was not working, Repairman came to the house and diagnosed the problem as improper venting leading to a blown out heating unit. Charged 110.$ for service call and told us the repair would be included in the diagnostic charge. Made arrangements to come back the next day to finish repair, but never came back out!  Called and arranged another time to get together and get the repair done, but he never showed. Did this dance for a few days, then a full week more. Then he stopped returning my phone calls at all. Then he  actually told me on the phone that he was not in and could he take a message.. seriously, did he think I wouldn't know what his voice sounded like after 8-10 phone conversations!?  Two weeks after the whole thing started, he called and said it was too cold and damp in my basement (which is heated) and I needed to move everything out of the dryer area so there would be room to work, and he would come the next day. My husband and I cleared the space around both appliances and arranged a heater for him.  Of course, he simply didn't show up AGAIN. Finally, after another week, we recieved a terse phone call saying my dryer was going to be too much trouble and he would return my check.. which he did, several days later. I am still without a dryer, and have had to use a laundromat to almost a month because this company could not be bothered to provide even the bare minimum of customer service and manners.  Find someone else.. anyone else!!
