We requested Jim and his team to return this year after they performed an excellent job last summer power washing our house. This time they power washed the decking and fencing and performed another outstanding job. They were very thorough with terrific results. We would highly recommend this company for all your power washing needs!

Excellent job and service. Jim was very knowledgeable and gave a fair quote to power wash our house to remove black marks and green mold and algae on our colonial. The guys did an awesome job and were very thorough. They arrived on time and were very professional. The house looks terrific and I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others who need this service.

Everything went very well. Jim’s price was very competitive and he was very flexible in scheduling our work. John and Ivan performed the work. On the scheduled day, they showed up on time and were very polite and friendly. They were very efficient and thorough and made sure we were happy with the results. It’s the best the house has looked in a long time.

Crew was very professional and responsive to questions. Overall did a very good job. Only concern was could have been more responsive to emails. Scheduling is a bit of an uncertainty due to weather issues, but they can't control the weather. I would hire them again.

They did a thorough job, siding looks great and they were able to get the gutters looking new again - I've tried numerous products to clean stains from the gutters with no success and they came through.

Provider gave an estimate of cleaning roof, and gutters. I said that I only wanted the roof done, but when I came home, the gutters were done anyway. Received a bill for both. Called numerous times to no avail-received no call back. Law only provides that consumers pay for work they agree to have done.
Bushes/ground cover were not covered, and several had burns for a several months afterward. This guy would be okay if he just responded to calls, and would be more prompt about appointments.
The concept is a good one and should be an easy sale.

It went ok, you have to make sure your plants are covered. I forgot to cover some bazil and they got the roof cleaning stuff on them. That was the end of them.
So that's my word to the wise go the extra to cover your plants.

This is an amendment to my review of August 5.

The roof was cleaned in May 2015. A part of the roof had a moss which remained there. I called number of times and promised calls back never came.

 After my complaint in the review the contractor said that he checked the roof, left a brochure (that it takes 1 to 3 months for the moss to disappear) and a written note on my porch. I never found that.

Later I got a call that the contractor will  come on Aug.20 and clean the moss. He did not come,  but showed up on August 21, brushed off the moss and cleaned it. I was satisfied.

He did a good job, was helpful and polite. For the job I would give him A rating, but the communication with the customer (not returning my calls and changes in schedule) is a problem for which I am changing my overall rating from the previous F to C .

I called for a quote to have my roof washed, and Mr. Fuller came to look at the roof on a Saturday in April.  He let me know the organic products his company uses, and let me know the exact process for the roof washing, as well as the cost. It was very reasonable, and his office called me back on that Monday, and scheduled the services for the following week. The job I requested was completed, and everything was cleaned up. I wouldn't even have known anyone had been there except that my roof no longer had the black streaks, and the small amount of moss that was there was taken care of too.  Great company, and customer service and I highly recommend them!

He showed up the same day I called for his services. He gave me a quote over the phone and stayed with the same price after doing the work.

Power washed 2 wooden decks.The pool deck was 30 yrs old and only power washed once over the yrs.It now looks brand new.The other deck was off the dining room and that also looks brand new.Cost for both decks was fair and reasonable.Excellent company,excellent employee (Niick).We are extremely happy and would recommend them highly!They certainly exceeded our expectations!

Very good experience with this individual.   Very prompt, courteous and fair.

Came out for quote when he was supposed to, explained how they would apply the solution and soft scrub, and would cover all of the shrub and surrounding areas for protection from the cleaning solution. Very professional, nice young guy.

 I contracted with him, he came out two weeks later on the day as promised,  the results were that the roof  looked brand new. With the service he provided a warranty for three years. This was in spring of 2012.

The black streaks never returned, the roof in that area still looks great. However, the north facing dormer areas started to regrow moss, so he came out and redid those areas last summer(2014). He mentioned I was his first recall. He wasn't happy, but he honored his warranty and work without a hassle on my end, that tells me a lot about his work ethic.

I'd highly recommend.

Jim and his team arrived the same day that we called him to remove snow and ice on our roof.  They were prompt, efficient, responsible and professional.  In one hour, they removed the snow and ice and provided us with an approach to minimize ice build up in the future.  In addition to removing the snow and ice from the roof, they shoveled the snow that had fallen on the driveway.
It was a pleasure to find someone who is so responsible and who can get the job done.  He also honored the 10% senior discount that is advertised.
If need be, we will definitely call Jim again!
