Overall I am very satisfied with the services performed by Janko Zdrilic, and I would recommend him to anyone seeking a professional general contractor/painting contractor for a renovation, expansion or new construction project.  

Janko is a very honest businessman, something that cannot be said about all contractors.  He is upfront with you about all the issues on your project, and he does whatever it takes to get the job done in a satisfactory way.  The sub-contractors that Janko Zdrilic used on my project were also top-notch, and great to deal with.  They were extremely friendly, courteous and did excellent quality work.   

I would definitely hire Janko Zdrilic again for any work I was considering, and I would recommend him to anyone needing his services.  In fact, I recently recommended Janko Zdrilic to a good friend of mine who is building a 2,500sf expansion onto his home in Greenwich, CT.  Janko bid against 3 other contractors and won the project based on the quality of his proposal and the price of his estimate.  From what I hear, my friend?s project is going smoothly, and he keeps thanking me for recommending Janko for him.

Results are great and I get compliments on how excellent it looks.  The best thing about Janko, who I have used in the past for other jobs is that he is extremely responsive, sticks with the price that he gives on an estimate, and completes the work in a prompt and workmanlike manner.  He also coordinated the electical and plumbing work with great providers and assisted in selection of tiles, paint and appliances.  I highly recommend him for small or large jobs.
