Tom is a nice guy whom I trusted. But he is sort of semi retired. His son Steve has taken over and is obnoxious, rude, arrogant, disrespectful and awful to work with. Steve has jacked up his prices to outrageous amounts. I have no confidence in him and would never use anyone with his personality. He doesn't understand customer relations. He would have taken days to repair my boiler because he was unfamiliar with it.

Did all the actions which was described above over the course of about 2 short visits before and after the 4th of July. He was very prompt in his response, reachable by phone and arrived on schedule. However, since building management denied my request for a building shutoff , he was not able to replace the leaky low pressure hot water valve under bathroom sink.

THE PLUMBER WAS PROMPT AND ON TIME, HOW EVER HE DID NOT HAVE THE STEM PART ON STOCK SO HE SPENT AN HOUR GOING TO BUY THE PART MEAN WHILE HE IS CHARGING $115 PER HOUR, AFTER HE CAME BACK IT TOOK 10 MINUTES TO FINISH THE JOB. MY FINAL BILL WAS $279.00. HE HAD CHARGED ME FOR ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES OF LABOR AND THE RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF $83.00 FOR THE PART, I HAVE BEEN LOOKING ONLINE AND PLUMBING SUPPLY STORES AND HAVE NOT FOUND ANYTHING THAT COST THAT MUCH FOR THE SAME PART. HE WAS PROMPT AND ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB BUT THIS PLUMBING COMPANY IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE.

They are the only plumbers we have used. We think they are great. We love them. We use them whenever we have a plumbing issue. We will use them again in the future.

Steve found the problem and fixed it quickly. He also took the time to explain to me how I could maintain my pump and prevent it from clogging in the future. They're punctual, knowledgeable, and HONEST. I've called them for several things, which turned out to be small (such as a pilot light that went out), and wasn't even charged. It's clear that Tom and Steve are concerned with the well being and safety of their customers above making a quick buck. I feel confident calling them for a job of any size, and plan on having them do some major work to my heating system in the coming months.

I called them Friday evening and they showed up early Saturday morning. They repaired the pipe and they did a descent job. The guy came out and said he can't repair because of the style of the bathtub. He recommended that I use a gallon of Clorox. I am happy that he didn't insist on using any expensive repair when it was not needed. He didn't charge me for that.

They had to move some foundation plantings to get to the pipe. Also, since the digging was in the foundation planting area, they had to carefully control the movement of the dirt out and back. After completing the job they replaced the plantings and left the area clean.

We have never had any problems with this company and I am pleased with the work. They are hard working and professional. They made sure to take care of everything thoroughly and efficiently and for a great price as well. I would recommend them.

TWP's work was very good. They were actually the company that was subcontracted out by our contractor. Now, if our builder had done half as well as TWP, we would have been thrilled with him too! This company did very neat plumbing work. We had no problems with them at all.

They are pleasant and efficient. The price is reasonable.
