Ok. Came on time and completed work quickly.

Christian is extremely responsive and honest. We were extremely pleased with his work. Thebwork took 2 days, A few days after it was completed, the musty smell was gone and the cinder blocks were drying. Christian even returned on a Saturday to fix a part of the wall that was still wet. Not a month later, and just as we finished our basement renovation, our neighbors had a water main break, and the water came pouring through the corner of our shared townhouse wall. The basement stayed completely dry despite the sump pump pumping out more than 4600 gallons of water! Our investment has already paid for itself.

Christian provided immediate professional service. He explained the process and completed work in a timely manner. Nice guy to work with and would definitely recommend him to others.

Christian and his crew got my entire basement done in one afternoon. He explained the process thoroughly and really knows what he is talking about. We continued to have water issues in one corner of the basement, and Christian made 2 trips back to my house to look at it, try to solve the problem, and brainstorm what could be causing the issue. He was absolutely a man of his word and treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. It was determined to be a problem with our external plumbing, and Christian even volunteered to assist with that although the problem was not related to his service. Excellent business man. He followed up after completion to make sure everything was working properly and there were no issues. His men were excellent the day the job was completed. Exceptional service provider and Christian Sundahl, the principal of the firm was excellent to work with and even gave me a contact name for some additional plumbing work I needed on my heating system and he came over the same day- name ABCO Plumbing.

Christian and his team did a fantastic job. They were thorough, respectful of our house, and charged a reasonable rate compared to competing quotes. Christian was also very thoughtful when it came to coming up with creative solutions to help us achieve our objectives at a reasonable cost for the project. Christian was here personally during the project and had a large, knowledgeable staff with him. We were very impressed with the pace at which they were able to work. We also appreciated that they left our house in good condition and that Christian personally came back the day after work was completed to re-attach our washer/dryer. We would definitely recommend Sundahl to others.

Christian is an incredibly nice guy. He's professional, knowledgable, price was reasonable. Showed up on time (was actually a few minutes early!). I would definitely use him again for repairs. Someone else from Angie's List quoted me a price that was around $100 more and actually wanted me to make a $100 deposit just to make an appointment. I'm so glad that I went with Sundahl/Christian instead.

Christian (owner) was very professional and has very good subject matter knowledge. He identified that our basement was a monopour and would require slightly different treatment compared to traditional waterproofing methods. He explained the process he would be performing and eventually we agreed upon price/date for the work. 

On the work day, he and his team arrived on time and started the work. Crew was professional and responsive to all our questions. Christian left after explaining the work and then would come on and off to check and provide his guidance as and when needed. Sometime he would stay longer to ensure work is done as expected. The foreman was also very knowledgeable and resourceful to get things done. Work was completed on time and as expected. After the work we had one issue with disposal of water but it was more of a plumbing issue than waterproofing. Its been a month since work was done and so far we have not seen any seepage/water. Will have to wait few more months to ensure all dampness goes away and system is working as expected.

Christian also recommends and uses a specific brand sump pump with battery backup which has some sort of monitoring service which you have to pay a monthly fee. Monthly fee is to the company and not Sundahl. Monitoring service is optional but gives you information on status of pump and how much water it pumps out. So useful to keep a tap on things.

One area of improvement  I can think of in their service would be if they can properly cover all the items (with cloth/tarp) that you can't move out of basement.

Overall we were very happy with work and will definitely recommend Sundahl Restoration Team to friends and family.

The owner explained our options (we were getting occasional water in some parts of the basement) and was quite clear.  They came when promised and the work was done in one day.  (Additional work to restore the tiles and wallboard along the bottom of the wall is not included, and we found someone to do that later.)
In every heavy rain since the installation of the system, we love to hear that sump pump going!  It has given us peace of mind.

Very professional throughout the process. Initial visit and estimate were promptly scheduled/delivered.  Coordination of start of work was smooth.   Team that executed the project maintained a clean work area, was mindful of dust control throughout the house and cleaned up thoroughly when complete.   I have no opinion about the price because frankly, I didn't shop it around.  I was very pleased with the result
