We have been leasing from them for years. They are really great. When you have your car repaired they wash it for you. The waiting area is great. They have all kinds of coffee and tea. I've never had any kind of issue with any of the staff. The manager is very good.

They were good. There was no pressure. The sales person was very nice and stayed late. They treat you very well. They have sandwiches and coffee. It is a very nice place. I did not feel comfortable driving the car to Staten Island so they delivered it free of charge. The person who delivered it spent over an hour going over and inspecting the car. He showed me how to use the GPS, the back up camera and everything. He was very good, in no hurry and if we had a question they answered it; same thing with the dealership. They registered the car and got the license plates for me.

The service was nice. The service lounge was comfortable. You can do work there. They were efficient and open on the weekends. They provide complimentary service for any Lexus car even if you didn't buy the car from that dealership. They also cleaned the car as part of the service. I will continue using them in the future. I also use them for emergency roadside assistance. They came out very quickly and changed the tire. I was able to get to work on time.

It was the easiest experience I ever had with a car. It was easy in, and easy out. Communication was great. That is usually a problem with a service center. The service department was excellent.

Lexus is an excellent company. This is the third car I have gotten from them and they go above and beyond each time I use them. They offer fair prices and they have been around for a while so they are used to pleasing customers. They are slightly larger than other dealerships in the area and just very good in general.

You know, I have lived in this area for twenty five years now. Good places are just hard to find, not only to buy a car from, but to find in general. That is why I joined Angie's List. I would say the sales team at Lexus is average. They are nothing outstanding. The prices are what they are. The care is what it is. I would just say they are average in general.
