We got just what we needed: professional consulting, real give-and-take about our uncertain plans
for masonry design and landscaping; scheduling to our convenience (with changes
due to inclement weather clearly announced); skillful (and cheerful) workman,
well-supervised, arriving on time; rapid but careful labor, great attention to
detail, meticulous clean-up. The results?Belgian blocks outlining
planters and a perfectly-surfaced driveway, a new concrete access step, an underground drain connecting to
two pre-existing leaders, a pair of spherical arborvitae in place of decades-old
taxus sprawl. All very useful and extremely pleasing to look at.

I'm extremely satisfied. Very simple landscaping, clean and fresh. I'm more than satisfied. All my work is guaranteed, or JoAnne told me I didn't have to pay for any work I'm not satisfied with. I have that in writing. Business with her was excellent.

The owner of the company (Joanne) was/is nice and very punctual. Showed up to my home many times to discuss what I wanted and approx cost (a little pricey). Everything good so far. Took a few days longer than expected to start work but completed it in the time frame discussed earlier. This is where the problems began. Shortly after the work was completed some of the sod began to die. I was told (by Joanne) I was watering too much. Later, more sod died and I was told I was still watering too much. Later, weeds started to grow through all the sod. Not once did she even stop by (despite being asked) to see what the problem was or to try and resolve the problem. After speaking with another landscaper, was told that the soil was not prepared correctly and so weeds grew and sod roots did not take. Today, it looks as if no landscaping was ever done. Would have had more success just ripping up the weeds and soil myself and just seeding it. But then again, it's too much DIY for my taste. Will landscape again but this time with a professional!!!

THEY ARE GOOD. THEY WERE VERY ON TOP OF WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, THAT'S FOR SURE. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND HELPED US OUT IMMEDIATELY.
