The service is way over priced. You pay upper east side prices at this place.
The actual work done was rather subpar. No replacing of the buttonholes on the sport jacket sleeves. They simple shorten it and stitch the buttons up on the cuff, and very close to the button. In fact, on a jacket with 4 buttons, they simply didn't even bother replacing the buttons -let alone the buttonholes- and simply let ONE button on the sleeve. It looks horrible, and no serious tailor would ever do this to any jacket.
I complained about and was told that that was the service they provide. Period. No refund, no "let me see if we can fix it", nothing. I am very disappointed and do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
