Always a great place to go do. Never any high pressure sales like other dealerships and staff is friendly and helpful. Comfortable waiting area and snacks and coffee provided, and most importantly, bathrooms are CLEAN! I even brought 2 of my friends there to service their cars now

If there is a delay of parts they will let you know before hand. They will give you a loaner vehicle if needed. I would recommend them to anyone.

I brought as a trade-in my 2006 Acura and bought a 2010 Acura. I felt that I was treated fairly. They made me feel comfortable and they were not pushy. My car was delivered in great shape and they handled all the details smoothly. I was called after I had the car for a few days to see if I had any questions, which I did, and they were handled properly.

Ken Hicks hooked me up with a great deal on a 2013 shawd TL. I have been leasing cars from him since the late 1980's. Ken is a great business person and I always come away feeling like I got a good deal and that my repeat business and referrals are truly appreciated. many of my family and friends have purchased cars from Acura Westchester because of Kenny Hicks. Overall Acura Westchester is a great to deal with from sales to Financing to service everyone is great. Acura also makes an amazing car!

I bought my car there. They are great. They give me a loaner without an issue. They have fresh coffee and they have a computer I can use while I am waiting which is true of every Acura dealer that I go to. That is why I buy Acuras. Their prices are fine but I didn't call anyone else.

We test drove a car and then discussed price. We told the salesman the monthly lease price we were looking for, which was considerably less than he was offering. The salesman reviewed his calculations and offered us a price $4 lower than the original (this was laughable). He told us that he could not do better, that our trade-in just was not worth it. We said we'd have to think about it. He encouraged us to sign an order form so that the office could start searching for the vehicle, should we decide to go ahead with it. This required a $200 deposit, which, he said was fully refundable, if we decided not to pursue the deal. The following day, we called to cancel the order because we had found another dealer who was willing to come down to our desired price. We were then contacted by phone numerous times by several different managers over the course of three days, each one higher up in the ranks, all of whom were quite aggressive and persistent in trying to get us to close the deal with his firm. They called us at work, at home and on our cell phone, and they would not let the matter rest. They tried to get us to change our minds through a variety of tactics. First, they seemed to sympathize with our desire to get a low price, and offered a much better one than before. When we told them that we were staying with the deal we had made with the salesman who had met our terms, they tried another way to convince us by each blaming someone else in turn; first it was one manager's fault for not being there on the day we came in, as he would have made a better deal. Next, they blamed the wholesaler for not having given them a better price on the trade-in, or the other dealer for being so big that they could make any deal on a trade-in they wanted. Next they blamed the salesman for not knowing how the deals were done; one manager told us the salesman had 20 years experience, while another said that he had been on the job for only three months and did not know the right procedures. Finally, when we refused the latest offer, they became belligerent, accusing us of dealing with them in bad faith or of not knowing how to negotiate at all. Each time, we told them that if they had just been straight with us the first time, we would have made a deal with them. All of these tactics were quite inappropriate and very offensive. More than a month has gone by, and they have yet to refund the $200 deposit despite repeated calls to all levels of management.

The service coordinators at Acura are all very nice and professional. They are also very efficient and they try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. If there is unexpected repair that has to be done, they give you a call to explain exactly what the issue is, what they are recommending as a fix and how much it's going to cost. And they only proceed with the work when you give the go-ahead. Certain type of work can only be done on weekdays but most of the time, we are able to schedule weekend maintenance, which is great for folks who are too busy on weekdays. This is really one top-notch service group.

Acura of Westchester made my auto purchase very easy. They were not pushy at all and I believe they gave me a good deal. I've been using their services for quite awhile and they do a lot of extra things for their customers such as always washing your car when you leave it, giving nice loaner cars, or even picking you up when your car is ready. I really appreciate all of this special treatment.
