We are a small, family business successfully in operation for 30 years. Our company has been licensed and bonded with the City of Buffalo for many years and we register with many of the suburban towns as they start to require this. Our service techs have many years of experience, EPA Certified and in many cases handle factory warranty work. All residential calls are COD unless prior approval is received. Most of our pricing structure is flat rate on the initial service call and will tell the customer prices up front when further work is required. All commercial customers are on account with approval. Trucks are clean and properly lettered for your safety and every precaution is taken to leave your place just as it was found.
