+ -1 moreI received a flyer in my mailbox advertised lawn care by "Dan Majeski Lawn Care". I called the number and spoke with a man who identified himself as Dan Majeski. He asked for payment for $120 for the plow repair and $51 for April mowing. I signed a contract that I received through the mail and mailed it back signed with the check at the end of March 2010. I called on 3/31/10 and inquired whn the work would be done for the plow repair. "Dan" said someone would be out 4/2/10. No one showed up. I have called repeatedly and asked when they would be coming. No return calls. As of last week I demanded a refund check be mailed to my home by 4/16/10, I have never received a call or a check.
Description of Work: company cashed my check for $171 for a months worth of lawn cutting and repair to the lawn for plow damage. I was promised the repair was to be done 4/2/10. No one ever showed up and no calls have ever been returned asking for a refund for services never rendered.
