Our pine floors were in terrible shape! The floor was uneven and in very bad condition. The guys made the repairs to the floor and finished them. The floor looks better than we could have ever imagined! The team was very professional and really listened to what we wanted! We will absolutely hire them again in the future!

This was a smaller job and only took three visits.  Mark called us in advance to set up the time to come.  They arrived on time and finished the job in three visits.  Mark personally visited the job site twice.  They took care to preserve our toe moldings, took out the vents so that the floor was refinished underneath it and taped off the room so that the mess from the sanding was minimized.  The floor looks great.  All of the sun damage discoloration is gone and the floor matches very well with our kitchen which we did not have refinished.  They replaced the toe moldings and vents at the end.  They cleaned up after the job.  I would use them again without any hesitation for refinishing, repairs, and/or installation.

Overall the quality and results are great, floor looks fantastic. They obviously know their craft. This company was not the cheapest and not the most expensive quote. There was a bit of a wait to get on the schedule, but they started work exactly when they said they hoped to start. However, at the finish of day one he asked to be paid in advance for the job. I was placed in a bad spot and reluctantly paid him much to my spouses displeasure. Then after the job was finished, he actually hesitated when asked to come back and look at some bubbles in the finish and to pick up bags of trash that were left on my front porch. Not sure what the norm is, I was surprised that no one returned to rehang the doors and vent covers that were removed. Shouldn't that be included in the price? None the less the employee who finished the 2 days of refinishing solo was professional and courteous. He made the difference in our experience.
