My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience of building a inground gunite spa in our yard.    Then men explained the steps and the process that we should anticipate.    No one could imagine the "mess" that tuned out so beautiful.  Having never witnessing such a feat, we were mesmerized by all the heavy equipment and labor that went into our spa.   Each crew was lead by a knowledgeable experienced foreman who kept us informed of what was going on and what was next.   We probably drove them crazy with our questions and asking how soon will it be done!    But I have to say the first time we sat in it - it was all worth it!

I have had a number of minor service issues, initially pertaining to the balancing of the water. We have a salt tub that is pipped underground and used year round. The two times that I called, the receptionist asked me what the issue was, I explained that the levels were out of balance. She put me on hold, when she returned she said the manager said to drain the tub. When I explained that there must be an easier way she said he would call me...he never did. I decided to bring a sample to my local pool company, where they gave me a powder to adjust the PH, a day later it was fine. Service mode has never worked and have again placed 2 calls 3 weeks apart and again never received a follow up call. I think it's time for Beauty Pools to review their customers service policies, because it always comes back to haunt you!!!!! Your receptionist should never claim that you are very busy.

I never got any response to my phone messages.  This isn't the first time.  I've called in the past and had to look elsewhere for service because they are not responsive to repair issues.

Their service is superior. I haven't used anybody else in so long that I don't know how their prices compare. When I started with them, there was no question that they were the best ones out there. They are not the people who installed my pool and I wish they had been. They have done an excellent job of my upkeep and they continue to.

Getting service technicans to show up was and is far to difficult and requires many follow up telephone calls. Telephone calls are not returned as promised. We don't understand if the issue is in the office or in the field. However, when the techs do finally arrive they are friendly and easy to work with. Trying to get thru this year and will find someone else next year.

I've worked with Beauty Pools for 12 years now. We have them open and close our pool. The price is the same for both and cheaper if you schedule both dates at the same time. It's a savings of about $100. Beauty Pools is an excellent company to work with.

Overall Beauty Pools does an all right job. They show up on time but their troubleshooting could be better. Unfortunately they were the only company I have gone with but will be looking for other providers for this service.
