12 Roses Construction, uncommon name, uncommon construction company. With a slogan of Enjoy the Experience high expectations are sure to be had, because let's face it, dealing with contractors can be, and usually is, an unpleasant experience. That's the whole reason 12 Roses Construction was started, our owner had a home built and the experience left a lot to be desired, especially when it came time to put the finishing touches on his home, like a fence, landscaping and a concrete pad. Stuart, our owner thought there had to be a better way to conduct business, from showing up on time for appointments to actually giving customers accurate proposals without playing pricing games like marking a project up 5 times and taking off multiple discounts hoping to score the sale at a higher price. We have 2 specialities, decking is one of them, from a standard 12x16 wood to a large MoistureShield composite masterpiece with lights, octagons, we can do it all. We use high quality materials and our pricing is very competitive to the market. Our other speciality is fencing, we install wood, vinyl and composite fencing, our vinyl fencing is installed properly with wet set posts and holes dug 42" minimum. Our wood pickets are higher quality than standard too. Our vinyl is all 100% USA made
