This is the sixth year I have been going to Sears Auto, Lakewood, and I think it's time to give them credit for doing an excellent job.
I am a female, and a senior and I never once felt intimidated, or spoken down to no matter what my questions or concerns are about my auto. Both the desk people (Don Spitz is excellent) and the mechanics have been the same since I started going there in 2005.
They are always prompt, accurate with estimates, and answer all questions my questions professionally. They have worked on my brakes, along with doing inspections, oil changes, tire switches, tire rotations and identifying funny noises- all to my satisfaction.
