I attempted four times to meet him and discuss the proposals. I told him I retyped them because he left some scope of the work off. I wanted to examine his liability and workman's comp insurance. This was on the agreements. I called to meet and he brushed me off. I emailed him a note to meet. I told him if he did not want the work to let me know. He responded by telling me he could not do the work. I emailed him back and said I was unhappy because he strung me along for over three weeks.
