I attempted four times to meet him and discuss the proposals. I told him I retyped them because he left some scope of the work off. I wanted to examine his liability and workman's comp insurance. This was on the agreements. I called to meet and he brushed me off. I emailed him a note to meet. I told him if he did not want the work to let me know. He responded by telling me he could not do the work...

Gave two quotes for the job due to unknown roof damage. He gave a cursory exam of the roof and that was it
