Mark Shoup General Contracting Inc

We recently bought a house and noticed water sitting in the gutters and overflowing when it rained hard.  We thought we might need to have the gutters replaced. 
Mark came out and recommended instead that we repair the downspouts and drain connections first to see if that resolved the problem.  We agreed with his recommendation.  While working on that task, Mark discovered that the underground storm drains were clogged.  He contacted us with a recommendation to have a drain cleaning company come out to resolve that issue.  We agreed and Mark made all of the arrangements with the drain cleaning company and over saw the work.  Once that was complete, Mark finished up on his work. 
Mark was very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way.  By arranging for and overseeing the drain cleaning company, Mark made the job (from our point of view) seamless.  Mark is a very competent and personable contractor.  We will certainly call on him again should the need arise.
