My windshield cracked and the insurance company recommended Safelite. They showed up with the wrong windshield. Tech took the vin number and they returned the following week with the wrong windshield. Again they took the vin number & promised they would have the correct windshield, and again they came a week later with the wrong windshield. I had to wait for them on 3 occasions and each time they brought the wrong windshield. Alao, a different tech arrived at each appointment, and had no knowledge of the previous problems. Needless to say 3 strikes and your out.
I called the car dealership and they referred me to GLASS ACT. I contacted them, and provided the vin number. Dustin showed up on time with the correct windshield and knew exactly what he was doing.
I was so impressed that I asked if they did interior windows, which they do. He measured the two windows that had failed seals, ordered the glass, and came one week later to install. They even let me choose an early morning appointment, and were right on time.
I highly recommend GLASS ACT.
