Mr. Boyer called on Sunday night making sure I had the septic tank located. I thought I did, but when his technician showed up, I didn't have the right place. His Tech helped me locate the approximately location, he said he'd come back the next day and pump. I dug it out that night, and next day Boyer's Tech came out. They didn't charge me for the extra visit. In the initial call, I asked about them checking the parts to make sure everything was working well. This information didn't make it to the Technician and this wasn't performed. Tech was cordial and professional.
