Currently suing Barrett Bros. since August of 2009. Simply refused to respond to complaints and left no other choice. Had another engineer & contractor come inspect the job for the lawsuit. The contactor would not take the job because it is too messed up and too many problems. Refuses to answer complaint from court. Hired an attorney for countersuit but bounced checks to that attorney and she has since filed motion to have herself removed from the case. Court date for that hearing is 9/3/2010 in Saratoga County Court. Has stalled every step of the way and case is ongoing. Absolute nightmare. Don't believe a word this guy says because after he's paid, he's gone and doesn't come back!!! Wouldn't return a phone call or show up on agreed meeting dates/times. Total scum bag!
