He promised to caulk the house prior to painting it. Afterwords he claimed that he never discussed caulking and it would cost extra. He provided paint sample colors for my shutters and confirmed the color. Later, he said that the price of the shutters was not included in his original quote. He initiated and confirmed the color of the trim and doors, but did not paint it because he again claimed it was not included in his quote. Unfortunately, I didn't have a written contract, but he did boast that he was highly rated on Angie's List. He power washed that house on Tuesday and started painting on Wednesday. The exterior of the house was Cedar so it had to have been wet when he started. I have never heard of a painter that didn't caulk before he painted. I feel like this was a very rushed job and I was taken advantage of.

The job done was excellent. House looks amazing after the service. Would highly recommend them. House and deck was in severe need of update and they both look like new now. Courteous, timely work, final cost in line with original estimate. No cutting corners. A very cooperative service provider. Provided excellent knowledgeable advice on color coordination and product selection. Final cost included $900 in materials.

They did a good job all the way around and they were fast. They had it power washed in a couple of hours and when they stained it a few days later they had it done by lunch. I was thinking it would take two days, but they were done in a morning. It looks fantastic. The price was fair, they were cordial and polite, and they were actually here early.
