Was told diagnostic fee was $65. When I got there sign on wall said labor rate $65 an hour. Most places I've gone to pro-rate that. Time spent on window was about 15 minutes, but was still charged the full $65 fee, plus 20 something for the needed epoxy to hold it back in. When they were complete, door panel was put back in place, but I had to install all the screws. Sorry, but if you are going to charge me the full hours rate for approx 15 minutes, I would have expected the panel to be fully re-installed.
Even with this, they were responsive, professional, and polite. With limited places to go for work like this, I would most likely return for future work, now knowing fully what to expect price wise.
