Description of Work: I recently relocated and had virtually an empty apartment to furnish from square 1. On my first visit to R&F in Lake Grove I was immediately greeted by George C. I told George I needed so many items I didn't know where to begin and he suggested I roam through the showrooms at my leisure and afterwards he would assist me with any questions I had. He told me where he would be and I gladly looked around at my own pace with no sales person pressuring me. I found a lovely TV console and a desk with various components that I thought would work perfectly in an oddly shaped corner space I wanted to fill. I found George and he answered all my questions about the pieces and measured everything I asked for. I wanted to go home and double check the measurements so I told George I would be coming back once I knew the pieces would fit the area. I knew there was a 20% discount ending on that day and George arranged for me to lock it in at no risk should I decide not to purchase anything. I came back the following day. George was not working and I was somewhat disappointed until I was cheerfully greeted by Khurshida K (KK). What an absolute gem. Not only did she offer valuable decorating suggestions, she showed me a floor sample of a coffee table and end tables in the same collection as the TV console (I had decided on a different model than the one I first chose) which I loved. The floor sample was in perfect condition and I saved a bundle on the package. Floor samples must be picked up by the customer and I didn't have room in my car. No problem. KK arranged for her own delivery person who met me at the location while I was still there and who charged a nominal fee to deliver the pieces and set them up. Well worth it for the money I saved. On to the desk components. KK moved heavy pieces around so I could visualize each piece in my space. Her eye for detail is phenomenal. She must have spent 3 hours with me looking through two floors of showrooms. No pressure at all. I was just short of the amount needed to get the 20% discount so we went back to look for lamps and found a wonderful floor lamp and two nightstand lamps. I am thrilled with my purchases and my R&F Lake Grove experience. With customer service like this I will definitely be back..
