I contracted with this guy to build me a house in Mount Sinai for over $740,000. He was an out right crook. Didn't finish the home. What he did do he used the lowest grade materials and he had the worst attitude I had ever come across in a business transaction. I had to sue him. It took 5 years in court and he kept changing his company name to stay one step ahead of the authorities. This guy was out to just take peoples money. He had many complaints for the homes he built so I had come to find out. Works in conjunction with a literally criminal Lawyer in Setauket who is on retainer with him since he has so many law suits and complaints against him. It would take me a week to type out all the trouble this guy put me and my family through. I wound up in the end hiring another contractor who I had to pay $350,000 to finish the job just to get a certificate of Occupancy to sell the house. This guy is a bad seed and should be avoided at all costs.
