Bob Napoli understood exactly what we needed, gave us brochures, and provided a clear and concise contract.
He and his helper, Matt were punctual (arrived when he said he would).
He and Matt were extremely neat (vacuumed).
We have worked with many contractors (had our last house built from scratch) so we are aware of problems that can go wrong. Bob was able to provide us with everything we wanted and we are very satisfied. In fact, we are hiring him back in the spring of 2015 to do additional work for us.
We have heard from other people who have had him do work on their homes and they have all been very satisfied. We recommended him to a friend for whom he is going to install a bathroom.
