Creative Design Ceramic Tile & Bath

If you are looking for a contractor... Please. Stop. Here. You will be wasting your time if you look any further! This is the second home renovation project Carmine Argano and Creative Design have completed for me, and they are AMAZING! Stellar in craftsmanship, true pride in their work, and integrity beyond measure. In a world that seems to fall short of anyone you can trust these days, you can trust Carmine, Carmine Jr., and John to take care of you with your best interest at heart. This fall, Carmine finished my kitchen reno in FIVE DAYS! He gutted walls, laid floors, put in cabinets, and even took the liberty to add a bit of crown molding to the top of the cabinets to give it that finished look (free of charge!). He found tile for me, personally walked with me through the granite yard, and bargain hunted quality flooring with me online. (Yes, he does this for every customer.) During the renovation, Carmine discovered the connective plumbing from my upstairs bathroom and downstairs kitchen was not done properly. Apparently, it had been leaking for quite some time. Without distressing me at work, Carmine simply went to work. He purchased new PVC pipe, sealed it properly, took initiative to find the extra ceiling tiles in my basement, replaced the ruined ones, and gave me instructions on how to look for overnight leakage before he reclosed the wall the next day. Carmine could have taken advantage of the situation, he could have misled me, and he certainly could have deferred the job, but he didnâ t. He was honest and fair. I wish I could say the project ended with a tidy bow after those five days, but it did have a hiccup, and NOT to Carmine and Creative Designâ s fault. The promised appliance delivery from the outside vendor was delayedâ ¦ and delayedâ ¦ and delayed over the next SEVEN MONTHS! I have to tell youâ ¦ Carmine acted as the middleman on my behalf for the entire time. He called the vendor. He called the supplier. EVERY WEEK he would make a phone call to someone to check on delivery status and make sure my appliances were not forgotten. Of course, I had the option to cancel the order and upgrade my purchase for a faster guaranteed delivery, but I was on a tight budget and Carmine understood and respected that. Piece by piece the appliances came in. When he was able, Carmine would meet the delivery at my door and make sure to inspect the appliance before it was signed for and accepted. I donâ t know what else to say about Carmine and Creative Design except that you will not find anyone better. Carmine, Carmine Jr., and John are the most dependable and trustworthy people in the field. You cannot go wrong by choosing them.

Carmine and his team were outstanding. Very polite and professional. They arrived early to work each day and never skipped a day to do a side project. Worked on several rooms in the house yet they were very organized and left every room clean at the end of each day. They even offered to do small items they noticed even though it was not part of the work. We are extremely happy with how everything turned out and will be using them again in the future when needed.

Creative design did a fantastic job with our kitchen. It was so good that we hired them to also work on our bathroom and they installed our back door. They have been in the industry under the same name for a long time, which says a lot. They were flexible, reasonable and listened to exactly what we wanted and made great suggestions. They stayed right around our budget. They even did some extra work around the house that they did not charge us for because we decided to use them for the other projects. These guys know what they are doing and they do it well.

This was our first experience with Creative Design and I cannot express enough how happy we are with Carmine and his crew! Top quality workmanship!! When we first met Carmine Sr, we knew this was the company to use for our bathroom remodel. He listened to all our concerns and explained everything in detail. Their knowledge and attention to detail was remarkable. They would keep in constant contact with us during the remodel, which was very appreciated. Everything turned out great and we would definitely use them when we have another project.

Carmine and his crew are great. They do a remarkable job from bathroom /kitchen renovations to the small renovations like crown molding and trim. I highly recommend them. After they were finished they cleaned up everything. My home was spotless. They are all very respectful of you and your home.

I am very pleased with the job that Creative Design Ceramic Tile and Bath did with my basement bathroom renovation. Carmine is an honest businessman who likes what he does and shows great pride. Carmine Jr. and John also take great pride in their craft. Carmine was quick to respond and went over the project in detail explaining the scope of services and options available. He gave me a competitive estimate, which was unique in that he separately breaks down the costs by labor and material. This is very helpful when comparing bids. The other contractors that gave estimates did not break the job down to the detail that Carmine did and this was influential in making my decision. The crew was neat, punctual and professional. They finished on time and with little interruption of my activities. The bathroom looks fantastic. If your looking for an honest, reliable and skilled contractor, I highly recommend Creative Design Tile and Bath.

They were friendly and knowledgeable and keep our house clean at the end of every day you would have never know we were in the middle of a major renovation VERY IMPORTANT TO MY WIFE They know their stuff. 10/3/2019 - Jason Swinton Results were more than we could have expected. We had a budget to stick to, Carmine did his best to work with us in that respect. He has a great eye for maximizing the usage of space. His ideas were on point. His crew was very professional and did great work. Someone that really loves what he does.

Bathroom turned out OK but he was rushing at the end and did a crummy job removing the grout 'haze.' Husband used a super caustic material to try to get it off and still there remains a great deal of grout and haze. It is otherwise such a nice bathroom but failing to pay attention to details completely ruined it. Looks like a DIY job but we paid a contractor. No fun. Also additional expenses came up as the project went along but we were not made aware of these expenses until he was one foot out the door. Very frustrating way to part ways with a contractor. Somehow his "labor cost" was an add'l 500 bucks even tho he finished a day early.
