I take pride in my craftsmanship, creativity and customer service. I consider it part of my job to make sure my clients are comfortable, well informed and educated about their purchase/renovation. I work with my clients from design to completion. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. Carmine, Carmine, Jr., and John did an excellent job in completely renovating our guest bathroom. They were prompt, courteous, neat, and patient (I changed my mind 3 times with the paint color, and they patiently obliged me each time they had to repaint). Price was very fair. Carmine made the whole process easy, meeting us at the place to select the vanity and quartz top, then taking us over to a tile store. He helped us make our selections from a design, practical, and price standpoint. He was receptive to any design ideas, and made suggestions as well. He helped select all of the fixtures, ordered them, and brought them with him to the job. The whole crew was very friendly and easy to work with. The work was first-rate. You could tell they all took pride in their work, and customer satisfaction was most important to them. Highly recommend and would definitely use again (including renovating our kitchen).

While at our house for a different job, Carmine noticed that the tiles in our kids' bathroom were put in the wrong way by a previous contractor. (The previous contractor outsourced the job to another contractor who put the tiles in such a way where the water leaked right behind the tiles, causing the tiles to fall off) . Carmine went with me to a tile store to get a bigger tile that will match the current setup of the tiles...had them cut to the right length and fixed the problem. Bathroom is great shape now. That is service!

In the beginning it was overwhelming however carmine guided us through out the weeks of renovation and our goal was to have both bathrooms completed by our move -in date of 12/22. Carmine when the extra mile to try & meet this date, he followed up weekly & if it was not for the suppliers not meeting our delivery dates as promised, we would have had both completely done. Carmine & his team worked diligently to assure we have one full working bathroom & finished it two days prior to the estimated date originally projected when we signed our contract. The 2nd bathroom is at 95% & had not the supplier of the vanity top not placed the wrong order, both bathrooms would be done. Carmine work is well worth the wait ,& we are pleased with the finished product.

Carmine, Carmine Jr., and John were punctual, professional, clean, skilled and very patient and easy to work with. They did a complete remodeling of a bathroom, which included custom tile work on walls and floor. They replaced a tub with a beautiful shower enclosure. They installed all the new fixtures, cabinets, shelving and even did the painting! The custom tile work was meticulously done ( my husband had them remove a certain color tile from the purchased tile that he didn’t like)! The new bathroom is gorgeous! We will definitely be using them again!

They left the area very clean, got rid of all the wood and even fixed an unrelated trim molding issue around the garage without being asked.

I had given Mr. Argano a deposit of $1500 for doing my kitchen. He said he could fit me in between jobs, and gave me a potential start date, and then changed it. I had to delay the purchases for the kitchen, and put them on standby. Then he finally comes by to go over the kitchen schematics, and he didn’t like the way that it was done. He than stated that the plumbing would have to be shifted, and that it would be time consuming and costly. I didn’t understand that, because you’re just shifting the (sink) plumbing a few inches to the right in the same cabinetry. It’s just his way of adding to the bill!He than took measurements for the mosaic tile backsplash, and when I went to order it at the store, they mentioned that it was too much after looking at the schematics. He also told me mosaic tiling is very painstaking work, and I told him, if he didn’t have the time, I would have somebody else do it. When we were reviewing the contract, i also reminded him that he had to get the dumpster, and install the water line for the refrigerator. He said I never told him about the waterline, but I kindly told him that I did. He had his electricians come by, and I asked them for a card which I never got. I had no idea if they were licensed or insured, and they promised me on their letterhead of the estimate that they would provide me with that. I just felt it was an extra hassle for me. I had no way of checking them out, until they gave me an estimate, and then come over with the paperwork. The estimate I felt was too much, because I had other electricians’ estimates to compare it to. In this whole process, I felt Carmine wasn’t treating me with the respect, and priority a repeat Angie’s List customer deserves. Carmine, also told me that he wouldn’t be on the job site, when the kitchen commenced, that it would be done by his son and Jon. I had wanted him on the kitchen job, because the previous work that the workers did for me, there were minor issues that were not addressed at all and/or in a timely manner. I felt that his overpricing cursing, disparaging remarks, pushy demeanor, even though his work is very good, wasn’t worth it in the end. I have yet to see the $1500 deposit returned to me.

Today is December 7th 2017 if you would please call me and we can discuss your concerns i will make myself available to start the kitchen install the NEXT DAY and you will have your cabinets installed for the christmas holiday which was our goal from the start. This would have been the third job creative design would have done for you and in your own words "our work is good" you have a beautiful bathroom and a completed den floor which was all done without any problems thats all the reason why you called us back to do your kitchen. I don't find it necessary to say who's right or wrong in this situation let's just say we had some miscommunication clear it up and more forward. The most important outcome is that i have a satisfied customer and angie's list has a satisfied member. Creative Design Ceramic, Tile & Bath remodeled my main bathroom. The owner, Carmine, was helpful and professional throughout the entire process. His team is pleasant, neat and professional. Carmine walked me through the entire process, telling me everything I needed to do and buy, offering opinions and answering questions. He always responded in a timely manner. The job was started and finished to completion before they moved onto another job. Everything in the bathroom is done perfectly to the last detail. I absolutely love it. I would recommend Creative Design Ceramic, Tile & Bath to anyone. They took a very overwhelming task and made it easy for me. I have already asked for an estimate for another bathroom. I would not hesitate to use Creative Design again for a bathroom or a kitchen.

It was an honor to work with Carmine and his team at Creative Design from start to finish. The task was to completely redo our master bathroom: Getting rid of small shower and changing a Jacuzzi we didn't use into a grand shower with sprays, creating a makeup station, installing a bidet-toilet, tiling up everything, etc. Carmine was full of creative ideas of what to do, where to place things and how to optimize cost without letting go of quality. The end result was fabulous - and we have the bathroom we always dreamed off. Carmine was very easy to work with and we loved the way in which ideas were traded back and forth. He was always available to communicate on anything at all hours of the day and open to late changes. His team and him always arrived on time and left the place even cleaner than what they found it. (One time I even had to argue with him to not put stuff away as we won't even be sleeping in that room. He won :) ) Seeing a problem in our other shower that could cause a leak, he went on to fix it without even hesitating. Cost-wise he was very open and we knew exactly what the cost would be. The Job came in at the budget we anticipated and the pricing was very fair. He provided us the labor separate from the material so that we could fine tune our cost. We would certainly choose Creative Design for any job.

Carmine and his team did an amazing job with the shower doors we had put in. They're professional, highly efficient and clean up after the job is done. I couldn't have asked for a better job. I have a a couple of more projects coming done the road, and I will definitely be hiring Carmine again!! Highly recommended.

Carmine and John were amazing! They were on time - if not early - every single day. Carmine was timely in his response to us if we ever reached out. He touched base with us frequently to confirm his understanding of details were exactly what we wanted. His goal was to make the bathroom be what we wanted it to be. We did 4x8 subway tile in our shower with a built-in niche and it couldn't have turned out more perfect or beautiful. The mud floor and tile laid is perfectly level and beautifully done. All walls were painted as well as the ceiling. We couldn't recommend them more highly and we will definitely look forward to working with them again in the future.

The job went so smoothly right from the beginning. Carmine e-mailed items he had picked out for the remodel and all we had to do was review them and give him the okay to purchase. We had the choice of changing some of the items but decided to go with everything Carmine recommended. We did not have to go shopping at all. Carmine did all the leg work. He and his crew showed up right on time everyday and were both friendly and professional. We were told that the job would take no more then 11 days. Even with a small hiccup along the way (old pipes that had to be replaced), the job was actually completed in 6 days. We are so happy with our new bathroom. It is beautiful and all of Carmine's recommendations (tile,lighting.towel racks. vanity, tub, toilet and even paint color) were perfect. Carmine and his crew cleaned everything up before they left and left nothing out of place. The price, as well as the workmanship, was excellent, and it was a pleasure having Carmine and his crew in our home. I would definitely use Creative Design again and have already recommended them to someone else.

We are thrilled with the results! We were insistent that the job finish in a certain time frame as it is our only full bath. Carmine didn't start the job until everything was ready and he finished ahead of schedule, even with an unexpected floor issue. The bathroom is beautiful and everyone who sees it comments on what a great job Carmine and his crew did.

Creative Design did a great job from start to finish. The owner, Carmine, was one of the only contractors brought in for a quote that was willing to listen to our ideas and make recommendations for colors, materials, and design. Having never done a remodel like this, having someone who was willing to put together a parts/equipment list, recommend certain colors and looks, and work with our budget was great - I was told by everyone else, "You pick the items and we will install them". The extra time Carmine put in was a tremendous help. Additionally, he was willing to work with the items in the room that were still in good condition, like a few walls - everyone else insisted on a full rip out, which really wasn't necessary and increased the prices tremendously. During installation, communication was top notch, the job was done quicker than expected, and the team was professional and neat working in the house. I would absolutely recommend their services to someone looking for a remodel and if anything else comes up, I will definitely hire them again.

The offer was for a contractor for a week, ended up being a contractor and helper for 3 days. They definitely focus on time and doing just what they have in mind, primarily to setup an extended commitment. Deliberate in what they do and how. Work is good but slow. Initial Interaction can be a little off- putting. Definitely a time contract. The potential follow-on work activity was estimated to take 21 days at a substanial price uplift(7x times the original engagement). The work has been completed by another provider inside of a week at a more honest rate. $4,000 Would not recommend engaging this provider

I left a message on Creative Design Ceramic, Tile & Bath and was contacted by owner Carmine Argano just a day or so later. Within a few days he visited my home at an appointed time and surveyed the bathroom. After some discussion he promised a proposal would be emailed to us by the middle of the following week which it was. We shopped two other contractors but had to go with Carmine based Angie's positive reviews and his affordable price as well as his cordial and professional demeanor.
A start date of June 1 was set and at 7:30 that morning Carmine's son (also named Carmine) and crew member John appeared at the residence and commenced. Carmine appeared a short time later and the three worked diligently and conscientiously for the next several days. Since the house was built in 1958 we were a little apprehensive about what surprises might be hiding beneath sheet rock and tile. Luckily the issues were minimal and only required a small amount of extra time and labor which tweaked the budget slightly. Carmine brought these issues to us right away explaining the problem as well as the remedy. Each day he would review what was accomplished the previous day and was were the goals of the next day. His communication with us was outstanding.

In addition to the general requirements we requested as listed previously the package also included the plumbing fixtures, faucets, an electric exhaust fan, a vanity lighting system, taping&spackle, priming and painting of walls and ceiling, mud floor, and a dumpster.
Summing things up the work performed was first rate and detail oriented. Carmine, Carmine Jr., and John were all cordial and respectful while performing the job promptly and diligently. And finally we felt the cost was very fair for what the package provided and the quality of work accomplished.

Our existing bathtub developed a crack, and was leaking onto the bathroom floor and into the basement. I found this company on Angie's List, and was impressed with the consistent reviews. I requested an estimate, and from that point on everything was outstanding. Mr. Argano contacted me promptly, arrived at my home on time and gave me an honest, detailed and accurate estimate of the needed work. My wife decided that we should upgrade a few of the items from the original list, and Carmine was absolutely accommodating and flexible with all of that. The work began on Monday 5/23/16. Carmine Sr. was on a well deserved vacation, so Carmine Jr, and John did the job. They arrived on time every day, and did the rip-out, wall preparation, plumbing and installation of a new bathtub, ceramic tile around the tub, floor, toilet, vanity/sink, medicine cabinet, light fixture and towel holders. They repainted the entire room. It looks fantastic. These two men are skilled in their craft, and are easy to communicate with. They finished everything by Friday, 5/27/16, and never once left any mess behind. I received a follow up call from Carmine Sr. a few days later, to be sure everything went well. The whole experience is what I consider professionalism to be all about. I will be calling them again when it is time for the next project. Family and friends have been told of this experience, and I hope they will give this company consideration. I highly recommend them.

From the estimate to the completed job, it was a true pleasure to work with Carmine and his team. He does not have a blemish on his record, from Angie's List to the department of consumer affairs.
He is honest, dependable, clean, fast, and communicates well. If you have questions, Carmine will answer them. He gives suggestions and they are appreciated!
I will highly recommend Carmine to anyone and we will certainly be using him again to redo our kitchen.

These guys did the job right. Old fashioned craftsmanship, no short cuts.
My walls were not exactly straight, they straightened them out before
sheet rocking, then tiling. They were also very neat and professional. I will consider them for all my home improvements in the future.
When we had a problem, they were there right away until the job was done to our satisfaction.

This is the second time I used creative design and again very pleased
with the results. Despite many challenges Carmine (owner and master carpenter) overcame these hurdles and made a
beautiful kitchen. Him and his crew always arrived on time. They were friendly, polite and concerned about dust and dirt
