He came when he said he was coming for the estimate, he gave us a very thorough estimate and he was very polite and professional.

The Creative Design team were the utmost professionals.  They finished a complete bathroom remodel from start to finish in 8 days.  Even when those unpredictable problems came up, Carmine and son were able to find solutions that worked.  The end result was beautiful!  I highly recommend Creative Design.

I had one major task that needed to be done by the handyman, to inspect the water drip from my kitchen cabinet. He advised me that he would have to rip everything apart and so, it will require more time than allotted (which means I would have to pay more), and that when he puts it back, it may not look the same.
So, taking that advice, I decided to forgo that work. So, I asked him to do other tasks around the house that may take me an hour at most. He took about 2 hours putting back two pieces of siding (though I agree it was at an odd location, it should not take so long for a handyman). I also wanted him to climb the ladder to replace a light bulb that was on a high ceiling. Because the work was taking way too long, I just borrowed his ladder and did the work myself. I signed off that he did work for three hours as he agreed, but I expected significant efficiency in someone that does this for a living.
It was not a good use of my money or my family's time.

They are a local company which performs all kinds of home improvement jobs.  They came over, took everything out and put it all back in a timely fashion.  Everything with them went great and fine but the project worked out pretty expensive.  The bathrooms and kitchen are still in good condition with no wear and tear.  They told me that they would be out on a Tuesday to perform the fencing job and they did so and even completed the job within three jobs just as they said.  I have nothing negative to say about the way they performed the job as I did not have any issues with them.  I would and I have recommended them to others.  I am happy with them overall and would use them again in the future.

The way I decided to go with him was that my neighbor used him.  My attic fan went out and we had him out for an estimate.  He installed the attic fan.  When he was finished, we noticed that he walked around and used the rest of the tube of caulking on the rest of the roof.  He mentioned that the caulking is only good when it’s fresh, so he would’ve just thrown it away if he didn’t use it.  We were so impressed that we had him come back and redo our bathroom and bedroom.  He has a very acute attention to detail and will not hesitate to make adjustments and redo something to make sure that it’s perfect.

When searching for help to redo my bathroom and kitchen I was very anxious. You hear horror stories of people taking advantage of home owners. The luckiest day was when I found Carmine from Creative Design. His knowledge and professionalism were refreshing to say the least. Him and his team successfully completed and surpassed my expectations. The constant compliments from his work are a testament to his skills and talent. When my elderly parents decided to downgrade from their larger home, they purchased an older smaller home in need of renovation, they also used Creative Design as well.
