THE ESTIMATE THEY GAVE ME WAS ONLY ABOUT HALF OF WHAT THEY ACTUALLY CHARGED FOR THE WORK. THEY TRIED TO GET ME TO ADD EXTRA SERVICES. I HAD TO POINT OUT MISSED PLACES. THEY PROBABLY WOULD NOT HAVE DONE THE FOURTH SIDE IF I HAD NOT PUSHED THEM ABOUT IT.

WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE PRICE. I JUST HATE IT WHEN THE SERVICEMEN TRY TO SELL ME SOMETHING THAT I KNOW I DO NOT NEED. THEY WERE TWO HOURS LATE WHICH DID NOT SET WELL WITH ME AT ALL.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WAY THEY KEPT THE SOOT OFF MY FLOORS AT THE BOTTOM OF MY CHIMNEY. THE STAFF MEMBER WAS HONEST SAYING THAT MY CHIMNEY WAS IN GOOD CONDITION AND MANY COMPANIES WILL SAY THERE IS SOMETHING AND THREES NOT.
