Horrible! Sent men to my house who couldn't understand or speak english. Left carpet debri everywhere. Couldn't see the shoddy work until after we cleaned up. Some rooms carpet pulled tight, others not. Near the ends you could see and feel the nails from the tack bar.  Can't walk barefoot for fear of getting poked by a nail. Could see ripples in the loosely laid carpet. H*** to get them to come back and do it right. Took them 2 months to come back and correct the problems. They keep sending installer to our house without calling us and when we weren't home! Acted like I was a complaining home owner. I owned several houses and I have laid carpet myself so I can tell a poor quality install. A**** left the carpet garbage in our driveway.

We really like the carpet. Good quality, nice color. The salesman was knowledgeable and polite. The installers were horrendous. First, they cut the carpet from the roll in the middle of the street. Left the basement a mess; carpet fibers and bits and pieces everywhere. Fit was not perfect; spaces between the carpet and the walls were not consistent in places. Then, they left all of their garbage in front of my garage. But the kicker is they left a huge stain in the carpet. After cleaning the basement, I found it and that they scratched some wood paneling when laying the carpet and put nicks in it and some sheetrock while hammering down the nail strips that hold the carpet down. I can live with all of that, but the stain. When I called to complain, they were incredibly defensive. The dispatcher finally arranged for the installers to come back the next day. They blamed it on our vacuum cleaner and then wiped it into the rug with some heavy duty cleaning solution. It is lighter, but still there. And there was nothing the guy was going to do. We will never use them again.

The salesperson was aggressive, but prices were good. Pressured to leave deposit. Should've taken that as a bad sign. The basement floor was not prepped correctly and you could feel unevenness and debris under the carpet. Called to ask them to resolve. They sent two workers and said it was the "floors fault." They fixed one small area of unevenness, but not the rest of the 20 spots. They charged me $200 asking for cash.
A good carpet installer would not put carpet pad over uneven subfloors as they will wear unevenly and could cause accidents. We will have to hire another company to do what they should have done in the first place - fix the uneven floors by using a leveling agent or putting down a new subfloor before the install your flooring.
Not happy, have had much better experiences having carpeted many rooms before with other companies like home depot. 
Poor quality work, materials and lack of courtesy. Would not recommend no matter how low they quote.

The work was good but I would not use the company If you are busy like me.

They have a huge selection of remnants which is what I got. The carpet looks and feels great. The installers were quick and polite. I will use them again.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I THOUGHT THEY GOT IT DONE IN A FAIR AMOUNT OF TIME. THE PRICE WAS REALLY GOOD TOO. THEY ARE COMING BACK OUT THIS WEEK TO LAY DOWN MORE CARPET.

MY OVERALL EXPIRENCE SEEMED GOOD. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE WITH ON WORKING WITH ME WITH THEIR PRICES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

I WOULD CONSIDER THEM A WORTHY COMPANY TO GO TO. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PERFORM THEIR JOB WELL. I WOULD USE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE IF I NEEDED TO.

THE IN STORE SERVICE OF CARPET DEPOT WAS FANTASTIC. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH THE SELECTIONS AND IN ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. THE INSULATION WAS GOOD, NOT PERFECT, BUT GOOD.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND THEY ARE GREAT. THE PRICE IS FAIRLY REASONABLE. THEY ADAPT TO PEOPLE'S SCHEDULE VERY WELL. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE CARPET AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED.

THERE WAS LOW PRESSURE IN THE SALES MEMBERSHIP. THE GUY WAS NOT WORKING ON COMMISSION WHICH WAS A PLUS. HE GAVE GOOD ADVISE. THE MEASERMENTS WERE TOO PRECISE, SO THERE WASN'T ENOUGH LEVERAGE, WHICH CAUSED A PROBLEM.

WHEN THE CARPET WAS INSTALLED IT MADE THE HOUSE LOOK TOTALLY DIFFERENT. THEY INSTALLED THE CARPET NEATLY AND IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THE WORKERS CLEANED UP THEIR CLUTTER BEHIND THEMSELVES. THE NEW CARPET MAKES THE HOUSE LOOK LIKE A MILLION BUCKS.

I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH LIFTING OR PEELING FROM THE CARPET OR FLOORING. I LOVE THE QUALITY OF THE CARPET AND THE WAY THE INSTALLERS MADE SURE THAT IT LOOKED PERFECT BEFORE THEY WERE DONE.

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF CARPET THIS COMPANY INSTALLED IN MY HOME. THE CARPET IS LIKE WALKING ON CLOUDS. THE STAFF DID AN EXCELLENT JOB STRETCHING THE CARPET.

I LIKED THE DIFFERENT SELECTIONS OF CARPETING AT CARPET DEPOT. THE MEN WHO LAID THE CARPETING WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. I LIKED THAT THEY MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE THEMSELVES. I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARPET DEPOT.
