Not so good. As a property manager, this man shows up (usually) WELL after any storm, we are literally stuck until he gets here. He rarely salts, if ever and sand is like liquid gold to this guy. Every year, the parking lot is like a skating rink. I have fallen and injured myself twice in the last 2 years. As for renovating, he is super slow to get the work done, does not obtain the proper permits and is rude. After I witnessed him washing latex paint down the driveway and complained that his renovation was excessively noisy, literally shook the floors & walls for months, he complained to the landlord that he did not like me (because I am certain it was illegal) and the landlord told me I was being evicted ! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this guy...even if the work is free.
