It never got past the initial phone call. When he was asked if he had employees, he stated that he did. When I asked if he had Workmen's Compensation Insurance, he said he did not. It is required by New York State. I believe his posting even stated the he was "Fully Insured". That was not the case.

Painless! We had delayed getting the work done because we thought it would be a nightmare. What a nice surprise.
Description of Work: Bob was punctual, very knowledgeable and completed the job in the time estimated. He did a great job with the house and trim, we were very pleased. We have a 4 story chalet and Bob has a 45' bucket truck, which made the job so much easier. He and his staff were courteous and neat. When they left, there was no sign they had been there except for a wonderful new paint job.
