Spotless Home and Business LLC

I hired Spotless approximatley 1 1/2 years ago.  They started out good.  We had some issues, but management and notes to the crew seemed to resolve most incidents.  However, within the last 6 months the cleanings have progressively gone downhill.   Regardless of complaints made to management , notes left time after time to the crew, the cleanings remained unacceptable.   They do not vacuum, clean the bath tubs nor clean the entire bathroom floors.     The last straw came this past week when my husband inquired about the lack of vacuuming was told by the crew  that it wasn't their vacuum but rather my area rugs that couldn't be vacuumed free of pet hair.  I only have two cats, thank goodness I don't have large dogs.  I found that excuse to be in the area of science fiction since my relatively inexpensive Sears vacuum does the job and initially their industrial stregth vacuums always did the job.  I have since terminated using this service.  They claim to be "Spotless" but all they do is leave you in the "dust".

The first time went OK, however each time thereafter general areas were overlooked such as shelves, areas of the countertops, etc. Nothing was moved when cleaning and the bathroom was not throughly cleaned, I had to have them come back to scrub the tub. I was assured that this wouldn't happen again and the following time they didn't wash the floor in the bathroom. Will never use this service again.

Two men were friendly and worked hard. Work was not meticulous in all areas - there was still dust beside my son's bed for instance. Called and was given another appointment - which was then given to another client leaving me in a lurch just days prior to a big party.
