The driveway wasn't prepared properly prior to coating, and clumps of moss were just coated over. ALL OF THE COATING HAD WASHED OFF WITHIN 4 MONTHS, AND IS PILED UP AT THE EDGES OF THE DRIVEWAY!

He called back immediately and gave us a quote within about 2 hours from my first contact. He did the job on the first available good weather day with great communication. He did as he said he would and left no mess. It looks great! Price was very fair. The job was actually done on my elderly mother in lawâ s property and she was taken or scammed quite badly by the last seal coater that stopped at her door. I appreciate the professionalism he displayed and the good job that he did!

Ken Adams, Jr. was quick to respond to all my inquiries and had a very reasonable quote for seal coating my driveway ($130.00 FOR 2,200 sq ft at about 6 cents an sq ft. I think). He cleaned up the driveway with a weedwhacker and then blew off all the debris. He was very careful around all the edges ensuring not to get any sealcoat on anything that was not the driveway. He blocked off the driveway at the conclusion of his work, cleaned up everything, and gave me instructions as to how long to wait to put the cars back on the driveway and how long the seal coating should last and when I should have it reapplied in the future. He was an excellent communicator, hard worker, and did an outstanding job. The biggest plus is my back did not hurt at all at the end of the day. :-) I will be hiring him again in the future. I highly recommend him.

They prepared the driveway by trimming the grass and blowing it off the asphalt. They carefully filled in the cracks manually. They did a neat job sealing (no spillovers.)
