Dan is the best real estate agent I have dealt with period. He is professional.....always keeps an even keel, and always responds to phone calls, emails, etc. Dan keeps focused on your needs / concerns......his turnaround time for inquiries is beyond expectation (I.E. responded even on personal family weekend). I found Dan extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of residential real estate and takes his clients through each step of the process. Dan's recommendations for getting the houses 'listing ready' were spot on without going over the top in terms of expense. Dan is a straight shooter who works much longer and harder than others I've dealt with over the years. There is no need to look for other agents.....do yourself a favor and call Dan. I highly recommend him.

Dan Axtmann was very good. He was just fair and very business-like. Lot of times I have seen a lot of real estate brokers that try to make sure to make as much money as possible, but Dan was not like that. He only showed me one apartment and spent a few minutes and so he decided to only charge us a percentage because he said that he didn't show us that many places. Most times, most brokers don't do that and charge one anyway, so I felt that was very fair of Dan to do something like that. Dan was very much on time, usually early.
