Title Companies
I am providing this review half way through the process of refinancing my house. As of now, the title company is requesting information from me related to previous owners of my home. In my opinion, it makes no sense. How would I as the current owner of a property, be responsible for providing information on a previous owner. How could that even be legal? Would it not be the responsibility of the title company to obtain that information? Isnt that what they get paid to do? We are questioning this request and will update this review accordingly.
