I called him to come back and service it for the year and I never heard anything from him. His price and quality were good. It was the back up that sucked. When I called it either rang and rang or I left a message and nobody called back.

Floor of a bedroom/bathroom deteriorated. Butch looked over the situation and figured out immediately what the job would require. He gave me choices with reasoning and explanation and when asked he provided his advice. Renovated the two rooms, replaced fixtures, painted and installed a beautiful new floor. Got materials at excellent prices. Was on time, fast, complete in every detail and left the place spotless. In and out in two and a half days. He is totally trustworthy and is an 'old fashioned' workman. Do ask questions. Don't fear being ripped off.
