Excellent Job performed in 2 steps that consisted of hot water and a germicidal solution and pressure washing that left my 2 story colonial home in excellent condition.

We have been using APW for approx 16 years. Eamon does our vinyl sided house and resin fence every few years. The product he uses is amazing. The sides of our house gets a green mold on it from our evergreens. When he's done it looks like the day I moved in. It's hard to find someone you can trust. You can trust Eamon.

Our house looks beautiful! Eamon Cummins has specialized equipment for aluminum siding, which was important in making our choice. The results were even better than what we expected! He was professional, efficient, arrived on time, and finished our split level in 2 hours. I highly recommend Advanced Power Washing and plan to hire Eamon again the next time it's needed.

Advanced Power Washing did an awesome job!! They provided excellent service. Everything was cleaned including my windows. My fence looks like new. The price was fair and reasonable. I will be hiring them again next year. Highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended. Showed up at the agreed time, reasonable pricing, and worked fast and efficiently to complete the job. They were eager to please, and I even made some suggestions during the job that they did well to accommodate. House, porch, and deck look amazing.

Eamon showed up on time, had all the necessary equipment and supplies and did a great job pressure washing my house. He works by himself and stays busy. He uses a heated clorox solution and it literally melted away the mildew. Despite some challenges cleaning some areas above the second roof, he stayed at it and got everything exceptionally clean. Even though it took longer than he expected to wash my house, he held his price and did a thourough job. I definitely recommend this company for power washing.

Eamon was punctual and very courteous. He even reminded me to shut off my outside water line ahead of this weekend's snowstorm. The house and shed came out like new - I am so happy w the result!! I would recommend them to anyone.

.I called Eammon on Thursday, made the appointment for Monday, he arrived on time. He did a fantastic job, we are so happy with it.
He stuck with the price we agreed on even though he had no idea of the size of the fence. He walked my mother around the property so he knew exactly what we wanted, then walked her around after it was all done. We couldn't be happier, it looks great. Just yesterday my sister commented on how nice the deck looks. He gave us a fair price and did a wonderful job. We will definitely use him again and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

The results were amazing. The house was very dirty, primarily from trees and other natural effects. Neither the house nor the deck had ever been washed. The deck had a lot of green mold which Eamon managed to totally remove with some extra effort. The fronts of the gutters on the house were particularly dirty due to spillage from the roof and the gutters themselves. Everything was cleaned from top to bottom, including the remnants of a wasp hive at the top of the main entrance. It truly was spotless. Being a light gray house with white trim, It really looked new. I highly recommend Eamon. He is very personable and gets right to the job. I will definitely call him again.

It went extremely well. Provider called me back on a Sunday, the day I sent him a message. He showed up two days later and did a fantastic job cleaning the exterior of my house, stupes, generator and propane tank. He has very good equipment and when my lawn guy came later in the afternoon he said it looked like new. I would recommend Advanced Power Washing to others.

Excellent service. The house was as bright as brand new, and one side had a terrible mold issue which he took care of. Showed up on time and got right to work. He not only used a power washer, he used manual washing brushes for hard to get at areas to ensure complete cleaning. The man was a consummate professional and meticulous in his profession. I highly recommend him.

The provider arrived on time (actually a few minutes early). I wasn't home, but he worked with my wife to go over the job quickly. He soaped all the vinyl surfaces of the home and pressure washed the surfaces. He definitely uses equipment you would not have at home - a large pressure washer on a trailer. He even spent time helping to remove stains from a 10 year old birds nest on our porch. We'd certainly use him again (and more frequently). We've been in the home almost 10 years and hadn't had it washed like this, so it was rather filthy. It looks significantly better now :-)
