Not good. The provider was very sloppy in his work (concrete spilled on a finished patio / cigarette butts all over the yard / pop cans left and buried in the walls of the grill area) as well as he miscalculated the size of the built in. Due to the providers miscalculations the grill area could not have a countertop overhang and more disappointedly the grill doors would not open (can not access the drip trays). When called to fix the door area, provider took a week to respond. After a week, provider took it upon himself to go to my house, without anyone present, to "fix" the door problem. Provider then responded via a text stating "fixed door area but it takes some force". When i got home to check the door i saw a gouge in my the door of my brand new Weber grill and the stone work haphazardly chiseled around the grill. The door would in fact open but not all the way and I did / do need to force out the drip trays. I have since twice called and several text the provider about the grill door to come to a resolution. The provider will not answer my call or text's and it has been over two weeks since my last attempt, and still no response.
