Right from our call to his business, Dave was responsive and prompt. He arrived at the arranged appointment time ON TIME with a phone call to verify the appointment time and directions before. We discussed the problem, he suggested the appropriate solution, and he gave us an estimate of cost and time needed to do the repairs. He was able to schedule the job for the following day. He arrived again ON TIME with all the necessary supplies and completed the job to our satisfaction in the amount of time he had stated. The amount of the cost of the repairs was exactly as he stated - no hidden costs or extras. He was neat and rather quiet while working. He cleaned up everything when done and we were ready to go - literally! His price was great for the great quality of his work. He was punctual and always professional and friendly. I would use him for plumbing jobs - small to large - and highly recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing!
