My dog had trouble going from one area to another while they were cleaning, and became dirty. I don't feel that they had enough personnel on hand.

Animal Boarding Kennels
We have been using LaFayette Kennels for over ten years for our boarding services.
They are great with the animals, friendly, and caring about your pet's needs. The kennels are clean and well organized. Again, we were able to go out of town and enjoy ourselves, knowing that our pet was in good hands. That takes a lot of stress of off us and allows us to enjoy our time off.

He was afraid and returned to the kennel after she washed it down, but it wasn't dry and when I picked him up, he really had a bad odor. He is afraid of other dogs, so it was not a good experience for him. I think she does an excellent job with her animals, but she needs an assistant - she does it all herself.

"I'm sorry Apollo did not have a good experience. I remember he was quite shy and had a nervous bladder. I wish you had brought the issue up to me right away I would have immediately given him a bath. You are correct I could use an assistant. However it is difficult to find someone that will care for the animals the way I want them to. - Just like finding the perfect babysitter for my kids."

They did a wonderful job in taking care of our Lab. There were several people there during drop off and pick and they all were repeaters. Everyone was very nice on the phone as well as in person. I felt secure in leaving our dog with them

It went beautifully from the first phone call to when my husband picked up the dog. She was caring and funny and my dog was happy and even seemed a little calmer now than we dropped him off. If that is possible with a lab. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer anyone.

Great boarding service. Very nice owners. Very relaxed, trusworhty atomosphere. Very organized. Have used them multiple times and will continue to do so. Our dog seems to enjoy returning there.
