The company discontinued my service without notifying me because payment wasn't received. I was not aware that there was a glitch in my online banking and payment was interrupted. I had never missed a payment to them in all the years I was a customer. They could have called me or sent me an email. However they chose just to cutoff service. Two weeks of trash collected in front of my home before I was aware that they weren't coming! Unacceptable.
