Real Estate Service
Our tenant agent had all his facts straight, processed our application immediately, and worked overtime to get us the house we wanted. Karen mishandled our application from the beginning, had none of her facts together clearly, took a week to answer simple emails, if she even professed to get them at all, and made this entire process extraordinarily tedious and painful for what should have been a simple relocation an hour south for us. A complete headache.
