"I was there at the scheduled time 11am Saturday. I pulled in your gravel driveway and the front porch lights were on. When I knocked on the front door and the side door several times my greetings were from a barking dog only! Thank you for wasting my time and your inaccurate review."

He arrived exactly when he said he would, and did the job in 1.5 hours. He was very professional, personable, the old faucet was removed, and the new one looked beautiful, and operated perfectly. I also asked him to check the shutoff valves under the sink, and replace them if necessary. Roland said they worked fine, and didn't need replacing... they were the "old style", which were better quality than what you can buy today! I know some plumbers that would have seized the opportunity, and charged me big bucks for inferior valves. The bottom line is I was thrilled with his service, ethics, and won't hesitate to call him again, let alone recommend him to all my friends! Thank you, Roland!

Roland was excellent. Really courteous, knowledgeable and [professional. He was backed up with service calls but made time to come out and change the pump. He made sure I was briefed on its use and installed a model that was superior to the one the broke.

We have used Roland for plumbing services for over 5 years. His work is always top notch and his prices are very reasonable. He comes out quickly and never makes us wait.
