"[Member Name Removed], I believe you left this review for the wrong PuroClean, we are a franchise and each office is independently owned and operated. In checking my records, my office never did work for you, in addition, there is no James who currently or has ever worked for me. I apologize you had a bad experience with one of our offices, but would you please look into this, I take my reviews very seriously and do not want this to affect my rating."
Call was answered immediately and an appointment was set up for the next business day for an estimate.
The representative was prompt, friendly, and professional and we were able to get a rough estimate of the cost and work timetable.
We received a call that evening with a price quote which was on the low end of the estimate and we set up a work appointment.
The technicians were on time, worked quietly, and did a wonderful job.
We are very pleased and would recommend their services.
While we hope to never need their services again, we wouldn't hesitate to call them immediately if we did need them.
