Initial contact with Kingston Glassworks went well. There was a bit of confusion with regards to the timing of the first visit to scope the work and make an estimate but that was easily and quickly resolved.
The owner came by, took the measurements and a price quote was emailed to us shortly afterwards.
The work was scheduled and professionally performed.
Two of the glass replacement panels exhibited problems. Kingston Glassworks acknowledged the problem, ordered new panels and installed them without incident.
Overall, very happy with this company and would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Brought the screen door into the shop, the counter help was professional, efficient and clear. Told me it would be ready in two days. It was and the door was better than new.
