+ -1 moreAn excellent experience overall and I see no need to go to any other bike store in the Kingston/Rhinebeck area.
Description of Work: Janice spent over an hour with us (on a weekday, granted) selling us bicycles and accessories. She did not encourage us to buy more than we needed (in terms of bike trim level, etc.). I went back in June 2014 for the free one-year tune-up (NOT free after the first year) and they handled it promptly and correctly.
