This place is really bad ! I stopped going there after many incidences of doing things wrong loosing things and asking you to do things in the car that you don;t need to do.. The only thing that is not bad is the car wash

They are great, the Jiffy Lube in Kingston is really, really fabulous. Some car places you don't trust and wonder if they are really doing the things they say they are but here they really do. You can trust them. I had some service done and when I pulled away it was having a hard time picking up. I brought it back and the owner came out an he spent a good chunk of time with me even thought they were busy and backed up. We were able to figure out the issue with my hybrid and I went home. He was very nice and the staff was very well trained by him. I've been going there for 5-6 years and I've never had a bad experience with any of them, every one of them are on the money. They are people who clearly know what they are doing, they are efficient and great.
