IT JUST MAKES SENSE Welcome to HONDA OF KINGSTON, we were started in 1992 by the Morehead Family. The Morehead name has been around the automotive industry since 1947. Mr. Morehead started as a farmer in Marlboro, NY to help with the financial needs in the winter time he started selling cars off of the family farm. His first vehicle he sold for $15.00. What started out as a part time job evolved into a full time career. In 1947 Mr. Morehead opened up Morehead Auto Sales at the "Windmill" in Middlehope, NY. Through the years his business has grown and now there are three dealerships under the Morehead Family Name. Honda Of Kingston prides itself on our customer dedication and satisfaction. Mr Morehead has always said "without customers you do not have a business, so make sure you take care of your customers the best that you can" and we have followed through on that belief.

Accompanied my daughter to look for a used automobile to commute to graduate school; salesperson was very helpful, understood what we were looking for and make the buying process fun for my daughter. Sales manager worked hard to get my daughter excellent financing despite her lack of established credit (recent college grad.) My daughter recommended the dealer to one of her friends who had a similar positive experience and purchased a car there.

I brought my car in to them to have a recall issue taken care of. I had purchased the car from another dealer. They were nice enough to look over the whole car for me and point out any issues I may have in the future and items that should be covered under my warranty.

Very well. Went without a hitch as it usually does with this service provider. Ordinarily, I find their prices rather high, but this was a service that was entirely free. The oil change was free as well because I was dissatisfied with something they failed to notice that was wrong with the car during my last service visit. The free oil change was what we negotiated as recompense for the oversight. All in all I'm pleased with their work, but will likely switch over to another shop because of the cost.

The service department punted us to the dealership. We spoke with "Tom" who vaguely apologized for not informing us that "the tires are bald". We demanded that they be returned to our home tomorrow, which he agreed to do. However, the suspicious nature of this event makes us doubt the ones we will receive tomorrow will be the ones they removed. We will be in contact with our attorney.
