+ -1 moreThis provider refuses to return a deposit of 1250.00 to a prospective renter on a rental that they knew wasn't available and was trying to push the current, a good standing tenant, out of her apartment into another smaller apartment and lock her into another years lease when they knew she was awaiting assisted living apartments and she requested to do month to month on her apartment and they refusing her, trying to lock her into another year lease, so once she is out they can lock her into paying for the apartment while being rented by someone else.
Description of Work: They produce tons of rentals in the Kingston area. They misrepresent themselves and the tenants that occupy their rentals. They will post ad's for rentals that are not available to rent. They will take deposits on rentals that aren't available to rent and refuse to give back monies when the prospective renter realizes that this is a scam. They do not clean, paint or shampoo the carpets in between tenants. They control heat and hot water and shut it off on tenants so they have none. They state they plow during winter months yet when it snows you cant get out of the rentals. Some tenants they do month to month if you have a high income. If you have a low income they lock you into a years lease. Everyone in the local area knows that they are scam.
